No-Bake Cherry Cheesecake Bars

Ingredients:

  1. Graham Crackers (1 pack, about 9 sheets)
  2. No-Bake Cheesecake Filling (1 box, ready-made)
  3. Cherry Pie Filling (1 can, 21 ounces)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Pan:
    • Line a square or rectangular baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal later.
  2. Create the Graham Cracker Base:
    • Place the graham crackers in a ziplock bag and crush them into fine crumbs using a rolling pin or the bottom of a heavy pan.
    • Spread the graham cracker crumbs evenly in the prepared baking dish to form the crust. Press down firmly with your hands or the back of a spoon to create a compact base.
  3. Layer with Cheesecake Filling:
    • Open the no-bake cheesecake filling and evenly spread it over the graham cracker crust. Use a spatula to smooth the surface.
  4. Top with Cherry Pie Filling:
    • Open the can of cherry pie filling and carefully spread it over the cheesecake layer. Ensure an even distribution to cover the entire surface.
  5. Chill and Set:
    • Place the dessert in the refrigerator and let it chill for at least 1-2 hours, or until it has set. This will allow the layers to firm up and make it easier to cut into bars.
  6. Slice and Serve:
    • Once the dessert has set, use the parchment paper overhang to lift it out of the baking dish. Place it on a cutting board and use a sharp knife to cut it into bars or squares.
